My Qualifications

I am a member in good standing of the National and International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).

I am Civil Engineer.

I live in Tucson and Rocky Point Mexico and am familiar with both type of construction.

I have passed NACHI's on-line inspector examination.

I have passed the State of Arizona Board of Technical Registration. 

I have completed NACHI's Code of Ethics obstacle course and abide by it.

I have passed NACHI's Standards of Practice test and follow them.

I fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education every year.

I am a member of Puerto Peņasco Assoc. of Real Estate Agents (PPAREA) and Asociació
n Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios (AMPI)

I am a member in good standing of American Society of Home Inspector (ASHI)

I can give verbal reports in Spanish and English
